Riders Syndicate is a UK-based rider merchandise brand created by ex-racers to support current riders through high-quality apparel sales.

We supply rider-branded merchandise including (but not limited to):

• T-shirts

• Hoodies

• Sweatshirts

• Caps

A percentage of eligible merchandise sales is allocated directly to the featured rider.

All products are rider-branded merchandise only.

Due to the nature of garment production and printing:

• Colours may vary slightly from on-screen images

• Print placement may vary slightly by size

• Garment shade variations may occur between batches

We reserve the right to update or modify product specifications where necessary without affecting overall product quality.

• All prices are shown in GBP (£)

• VAT is included where applicable

• Payment is required in full at checkout

• Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Riders Syndicate operates a revenue-share model:

• A fixed percentage from completed merchandise sales is paid to the featured rider

• Payments are calculated on completed sales only

• Refunded or disputed transactions are excluded

Riders Syndicate retains control over pricing, promotions and marketing.

• Orders are processed within the timeframe stated at checkout

• Delivery estimates are provided but not guaranteed

• We are not responsible for courier delays

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Under UK consumer law:

• Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

If an item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at malvernapparel@gmail.com.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for refund unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase. Size guides are provided where available.

We are not liable for incorrect size selection unless the item supplied differs from the ordered size.

All rider logos, branding, graphics and content remain the property of Riders Syndicate and/or the respective rider.

Unauthorised reproduction, resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riders Syndicate shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Courier delays

• Product misuse

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

We process customer data in accordance with UK GDPR.

We do not sell customer data to third parties.
